What resyncing does

Frooition stores a copy of your eBay listing data so you can work with it quickly. When you resync, Frooition fetches the latest information from eBay to update its records. This ensures you see current titles, prices, quantities and other listing details.

You might need to resync if:

You edited listings directly on eBay rather than through Frooition
Listings show outdated information in Frooition
Recent changes you made on eBay have not appeared

How to resync

Navigate to the https://freedom.frooition.com/ebay/listing/?filter=listed shown in your Frooition account. The page displays your eBay listings and provides controls to refresh the data from eBay.

Resyncing can take several minutes if you have many listings. Frooition fetches the data in the background, so you can continue working while the sync completes.

Note
Resyncing only updates Frooition's copy of your listing data. It does not change anything on eBay itself.

After resyncing

Once the sync finishes, refresh the page to see the updated listing information. Any changes you made directly on eBay will now appear in Frooition.
