Before you start
You need a CSV file containing your product data. The CSV must include at least a title for each product. Other fields such as description, price, quantity and images are optional but recommended.
Frooition can work with CSV files from various sources. You do not need to match a specific format—you will map your CSV columns to Frooition fields during the import process.
Import your CSV file
- Go to the import listings page in Frooition.
- Upload your CSV file.
- Choose whether to use a pre-configured import type (such as Shopify or BigCommerce) or map your columns manually.
- If mapping manually, match each column in your CSV to the corresponding Frooition field.
- Complete the import process.
Your products will be created as drafts in Frooition. You can review and edit them before listing to eBay.
Tip
If you regularly import from the same source, using a pre-configured import type saves time by automatically mapping common fields.
After importing
Review your draft listings to ensure all product information imported correctly. Pay particular attention to:
- Product titles and descriptions
- Prices and quantities
- Image URLs or references
- Category assignments
Make any necessary corrections before listing your products to eBay.
