How to edit and sync your eBay Store Categories into Frooition

About eBay Store Categories in Frooition

If you have an eBay Store subscription, you can organise your listings into custom Store Categories. Frooition can sync these categories from eBay so you can use them in your designs and templates.

The sync happens through a dedicated page in Frooition where you can view your current eBay Store Categories and pull in any changes you've made on eBay.

Syncing your categories

To sync your eBay Store Categories into Frooition:

1. Go to the eBay Store Categories page in Frooition at https://freedom.frooition.com/ebaytools/ebaystorecats.php
2. The page will show your current Store Categories as they exist in Frooition
3. Sync the latest categories from your eBay account

Once synced, your eBay Store Categories will be available to use in your Frooition designs.

When to sync

Sync your categories whenever you:

• Add new Store Categories on eBay
• Rename existing categories
• Delete or reorganise your category structure
• First connect your eBay account to Frooition

The sync pulls the current state from eBay, so any changes you make on eBay won't appear in Frooition until you sync again.
